If you had to trade one of them, which one do you trade, Vince or Jefferson? No option of keeping both, just pick the one you rather trade.
This is a toughy. Well, considering Vince is probably the better, or more valuable player to the Nets at this point...plus the fact that Jefferson can be traded much easier, and bring back much more, I'd definitely rather trade Jefferson. To add onto that, if Vince's play during the end of the season is any indication of what we'll see from him in coming years, I wouldn't be all that against keeping him on the team. Of course, if we could find some good trade partners, I'd love to trade Vince AND RJ.
I'm a fan of RJ but if I was management I would trade RJ. His value is clearly as high as it will get and he is more easily moved then Vince. Now don't get me wrong...I'd still like to commit to the youth movement by trading Vince, but his value is to low right now and will most likely increase by next years trade deadline.

id trade RJ... cuz his stock his higher... but i also believe carter can offer this team more than RJ
Vince. RJ is four years younger and more likely to run (as MaxaMillion already said). RJ also recently hurt his trade value with the assault. He can no longer be seen as a good defensive player. A team looking to win would probably give up more for Carter anyways.
i voted for rj to be traded because his value is higher than vince and vince showed some leadership qualities after the kidd trade but i would try to trade them both at this point...maybe a young team who is looking for veteran leadership would like to have vince?
RJ has more value to trade plus he's a selfish player. Vince is a better leader and he can still put up his numbers. It's pretty obvious that Thorn isn't gonna trade Vince anyway.
I can't believe I voted for RJ... Mostly because he's got the greatest gap between perceived value and actual value.
Sadly I am gonna go with RJ. I have been his biggest fan but his lack of defense makes him almost like a poor man's VC. His defense used to be what made him different but w/o that he is too one dimensional and he isn't even in the top 5 or 10 in that dimension.
^^^ If you're talking about scoring as RJ's dimension, then he'd be lucky to crack the top 20. I think trading RJ is a necessity this summer. We need to say good-bye to the last remaining link from the golden years, and RJ's value will probably not be much higher than it is right now. VC's contract isn't great, but RJ's isn't either so that's no excuse as why not to trade him. VC finally started to look like he cares about the game this past season, and playing the whole season with an injury proved his toughness. He deserves to stay on the team, maybe teach the youngsters a thing or two and who knows, maybe he'll have a career year next season.
