The Hawks at least made the playoffs, and the Knicks are still a laughing-stock. I can't say I agree with that list.
The Twins? A team that has made the playoffs something like 4 of the last 6 years? They are leading their division this year as well! Oh well, I am a little biased.

also, if you are rating over the past three years or so, the Rays should NOT be on this list. Yes, they used to be a misrun laughingstock, but no more. They are totally loaded with young talent--including minor-league prospects--and it is just a matter of time before they will put it together. I might replace them with the Orioles, in fact, who have been just pitiful since Angelos took over, and totally atrocious in the five or six years since Ripken retired.

I admit it , i assumed it was on the website because i saw on the tele, but it wasnt so my BAD.
