Jazz fan confronted Fisher, verbally threatened him and his family

I do think making fun of his family situation is classless and inappropriate, however I also think booing, swearing, insulting, and mocking players is classless and inappropriate too. Classless and inappropriate stuff happens in all arenas, and fans no matter what arena tend to boo, insult, mock, etc. and do what they can to disturb and get into opposing players heads.

Getting the daughter involved is a whole other level to me.

I don't approve of ridiculously crazy soccer fans either (just for context).

Well cursing Fisher or his family, or mocking him or his family, either one would be wrong. Usually the mocking is at the player, and every arena has it. Every arena has booing, swearing, mocking, hate towards players. I agree it's classless what Utah fans were doing, but common, then you can say every fan at every stadium that boos, curses, mocks, hates, etc. is classless.

Anyway, I agree that mocking a child is worse than mocking a NBA player. But it doesn't justify mocking NBA players, which every stadium has fans which do it.

 

I never said I had a problem with them booing Fish. I don't like fans mocking other players, but I guess that just comes with being an NBA player and stepping into enemy territory. But again, like I said, there is no need to bring his family into this
