Everyone knew that he was going to throw the ball, he did it anyone and still kicked butt. I think Marino would have loved to have had Ronnie Brown behind him. Besides being a tough, physical runner, Brown has good hands and is a legit pass catching threat coming out of the back field. Now, I would want Dan as a rookie because even he couldn't do a lot with the current Dolphins, but in a few years...</div> Marino aint even on Morris's block. Just think, if the DWO had more members yall could pick a diffrent '72 'Phin and you guys wouldnt lose a game.
For Minnesota I would choose "Scramblin" Fran Tarkenton, his early years when he still had the wheels. With Minny's line today, his ability to elude the defense and toss the play action would make Minnesota a Super Bowl contenter right now. Not to mention the countless headaches he would give the Defense using Minny's left side on Options....Woooo Hoooo!!!! "Go Vikes"!!!!
Depends on how specific we can get for the Patriots. If I could have 1966 Jim Nance year after year after year, I'd be all over that. Curtis Martin with a contract that will go beyond three seasons I'd love to have, as well as Robert Edwards without that silly beach bowl injury. If its a repeat of a guy's career, John Hannah, with Ty Law, Andre Tippett, or Vincent Brown close behind.
For the Packers, I'd go with Favre as well... If Favre were still playing (at any level), I'd go with Sterling Sharpe in his prime... =)
