wow, what was Kobe thinking on taking that contested lay-up/pullup with a full shot clock and only like 30 seconds left in the game?

it looked like Kobe pushed the ball and couldn't stop his momentum so he shot it instead of running out of bounce

We won. Fish is lucky he got away with that foul, but the Spurs cannot complain. They've been getting BS calls throughout the game. It's time to finish them off on Thursday

Wow, lakers got REALLY lucky there. An obvious foul that wasn't called...man, breaks don't get any better than that! Lakers squeaked out a win tonight. [IMG]

Funny thing is, that was pretty much the only break we got the entire game. We pretty much got screwed the entire game with these calls. A win's a win, so I'll take it. Lakers in 5

Right... I love when Laker fans see 0 FTAs for Kobe and automatically scream conspiracy theories. Try reading #2 in the Daily Dime: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/dailydime?page=dime-080526

You can't possibly look at that play and tell me that wasn't a foul. Besides the fact that he snapped Barry's head back, that exact pump fake is something that's done pretty much by everyone. Get your man in the air, lean into him, get the contact and still attempt the shot. Probably everyone in the NBA has completed that play sometime in their career.

    GO JOEY CRAWFORD.

He probably would have tied it though, if he got the free throws. Brent Barry has now reached "Laker killer" status

No shit it was a foul, but Tim Duncan was getting Ticky Tack fouls. Whether or not you think Kobe deserved FTs.

Plus it doesn't matter, Lakers in 5-6-7.

There's a big difference between a flop and an obvious non call because the ref has a reputation for ****ing Duncan over.

If you're going to call the game tough for the Lakers, then stop with the diva calling on the other side.

It doesn't matter what you say, it can't be justified.

Plus Barry put the ball on the FLOOR.

Joey Crawford FTW! lol, anyway I think the Lakers outplayed the Spurs.

I'm actually really surprized there was no call, because it was legit, and usually the NBA loves tight game situations.

Wow. Crazy game. Close one too. Kobe was killing it with the dunks. Everyone in my opinion played good tonight. But of course, Kobe being the best.

It's going to be another easy win for us for game 5.
