Just 5“ tough one Indiana Jones - all 4 movies (Raiders is in my all time top 10 list) so many great quotes and charisma galore. Jack Burton - Big Trouble in Little China "I'm a reasonable guy. But, I've just experienced some very unreasonable things. " Sam - Ronin "Spence: You ever kill anybody? Sam: I hurt somebody's feelings once. " General George S. Patton - Patton "Now I want you to remember that no bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb bastard die for his country. " Blondie - The Good, The Bad & The Ugly "You see, in this world there's two kinds of people, my friend: Those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig. "

i may end up amending mine, i thought of 2 that just cant be left out of the top 5.... Montgomery Brewster - Brewsters Millions Doc Holliday - Tombstone
it's damn hard to have just 5 and I have a memory like swiss cheese, so I always recall other characters later on. but to me George C Scott as Patton is there in stone. One of the finest acting jobs ever IMO. I've seen Taxi Driver.. I wasn't that impressed. Maybe I read too many things about how great it was etc, but to me it was alright not great.
