    Smoove has great work ethic. What holds him back is the bad attitude. Sort of a me first attitude. There were a ton of games where he wanted to take over so he just kept driving to the basket ignoring open teammates, taking stupid shots.



    Horford on the other hand show great personality, and is able to produce without having the ball in his hands all the time.
