<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>This entire draft process is a whirlwind right now for Michael Beasley. Unlike Joey Dorsey, he's unsure where he is going, he doesn't know his workout schedule is exactly, and he doesn't even know how tall he is. What he does know is that there's a really nice fit for him in the Windy City. "I know they got two great guards and Luol Deng at the three. I feel like I could be a good fit at the three and four there," said Beasley at the Orlando Pre-Draft camp. With Doug Collins being named the new head coach in Chicago, we should start to get an idea of whether or not Beasley is their pick really soon. Beasley also spoke highly of Dwyane Wade and Pat Riley, but Chicago is the team with the most use for him. As for right now, Beasley is focusing simply on what he can control. He's added 25 pounds of muscle since last summer, which he credits to his "crazy strength coach." He's also doing his best to erase any doubts about his desire to win and the effort he gives nightly. "I just want to win. I'll do whatever it takes," explained Beasley. "I'm working on improving everything in my game: strength, conditioning, jump shot, dribbling, free throws, rebounding, and cheerleading." Regarding the conception that he doesn't look like he's playing hard because everything comes so easy to him, Beasley contributed it to how hard he worked off the court. "I work hard to make it look easy. I play as hard as I can every night." Like most scouts and experts Beasley likens his game to Carmelo Anthony and referred to him as the player who he tries to pattern his game after. He's just in Orlando for the physical and measurements, but isn't stressing about his height. He's speculated to be anywhere from 6'7 to 6'10. He feels like he's 6'9, but went on to say: "I didn't know there was a height requirement for the NBA. No matter if I'm 5'0 or 8'1, I'm the same player. I'm going to have the same mentality and work as hard as I can." For what it's worth, Beasley measured 6 feet, 7.75 inches in socks, and 6'9 in shoes. But like he said, does it really matter?</div> http://www.hoopsworld.com/Story.asp?story_id=8884 Like the cut of his jib. He is going to be a workout warrior just like Ben Gordon. When the two best players on the team are workout warriors, that would I assume inspire others to hopefully become workout warriors as well. (and Deng is supposed to workout a ton).
