Beasley has a more developed post-game right now than Melo did at that point in his career. Melo really developed his body and low-post game since he came into the NBA. Melo has developed from a SF into a hybrid forward, and Beasley will have to do the opposite, develop from more of a PF into a hybrid. Both had elements that were there, but need to further develop it, and Beasley needs to work on his small ball skills, like ball handling.

Beasley right now has an NBA ready body, and shows ferocity going for rebounds. This guy loves rebounding.

Trying to think of a good comparison. Shawn Marion that can actually create his own shots and doesn't shoot like an r-tard?

Yeah, the comparison doesn't really work.

Beasley is available from what I read.

Miami is thinking about taking Mayo! Minnesota is thinking about Love! One of those teams, if not both, would probably move down, grab another asset or two and then draft their guy they want. I bet if we had, say, the #6 pick, we would easily own that #2 IMO. Unless Love or Mayo drop to #10 which isn't likely.
