    Nets Trade:
    Devin Harris
    Pick#10, 21
    Stromile Swift
    KVH

    Nets Receive:
    #1 Pick
    Larry Hughes

    Clippers Trade:
    Elton Brand

    Clippers Receive:
    Devin Harris
    Pick #10, 21
    KVH
    Stromile Swift

    Bulls Trade:
    #1 Pick
    Larry Hughes

    Bulls Receive:
    Elton Brand

Seemed fairly reasonable to me, just a random thought that occurred to me while reading draft stuff on the internet.

    Larry Hughes :S

It does seem possible, but not plausible. Will the Bulls risk the pick on Brand? A Hinrich, Gordon, Deng, Brand, Chandler (ohshit) lineup sounds nice. (You'd obviously change Brand to Gooden and Chandler to Brand).

This is a ridiculous trade proposal. Harris, Brand, and both of the picks would have to be coming to the Bulls, and even that might not be enough.

    Cute.

Did you want to send the first for Nowitzki? Brand fits your needs more than Nowitzki.

I could see the 21 going to the Bulls, but nothing more.
You get brand, and you get rid of Hughes. This is near perfect for you.

Either give us Kirk Hinrich, or no deal!

Seriously tho, Kirk would be nice. Or maybe Luol Deng. Or maybe a combination of the 2, with us giving Chicago RJ? Chitown fans know they want RJ!

Right... do you also want MJ and a time machine with that?

Ehhhhh I would but I figured that would be a little too good to ask for. I feel like the added icing of this trade in dumping Hughes makes this almost impossible for the Bulls to refuse.

    My thoughts exactly.

So the only player left to think about is Beasley. He's nice, but worth giving up Devin and both our first round draft picks? I wouldn't do this deal if I were the Nets.

You do know this is the team that traded Tyson Chandler for PJ Brown and JR Smith, so they could get Ben Wallace, right?

Honestly I think he can be wayyy better. I just see Devin Harris as being a good hell even a very good piece but not that top notch player you can build a team around. In Rose I see that or at least the potential to be that. I would take a risk like this if I have a shot at an elite player at such a vital position.

Listen Kidd is a lock for the HOF but at this point in his career he really wasn't able to put ridiculous pressure on the defense every play. Rose has the athleticism to put way more pressure on the defense at least from a scoring perspective than Kidd could dream of at this point in his career. I think Rose would give us a chance to thrive with e new Big Three though I would gladly trade RJ or VC to balance the roster and get a stud PF or C. With this trade we still have young pieces to offer a team if there is a elite big man available that we want to add.

Unfortunately the picks needed to package with VC or RJ to get The Big Man were traded away to get Rose.

So enjoy a threesome of Rose, VC and RJ...because that's it. No SG to back up Vince, and no replacement for Krstic/Diop should one leave this summer.

So play Carter 48 minutes. It's not like he has bad knees or anything!

Rose still has a lot to prove at this point entering the next level. Sure i see a all-star in him, but there are a lotta all stars that don't win championships. Our biggest need right now is not a replacement PG, but a big man. That in my perspective is the only way we'll be contenders. I'm more than happy right now with devin harris. I'd rather not trade all our assets and harris for a unproven player right now.
