I just lost my excuse to miss work, since game 7 is on Thursday, our Parade will likely be on a weekend. Damn. If they could have won tonite and closed out in 6, the parade would probably be on thursday or friday ... DAMMN cheer up guys, the season started in such a crazy way .. we can only hope it ends in a crazy way too.
Theres a difference between being optimistic and realistic.. i woulda liked the lakers to win it, but the team outside of Kobe and D-Fish are just too soft. None of them are winners.
The only optimistic I can think of right now is having some pride, and push this game to game 6 and not letting them celebrating at Staple. ALSO next season will be the official Lakers team. NO CHAMPIONSHIP NEXT SEASON = FAILURE! no matter what!
Another thing about this game is THEY ALL PLAYED HARD 110%! It is just one of those night where you just can't explain why we lost when we should've won. Sasha, Kobe, LO, Gasol, Fisher, Vlade, Ronny, Farmer, Ariza, all of them play hard, gotta give prop to them!
I love the confidence, but I don't know. I still THINK we can win this series, but I don't KNOW we can win this series. After a monumental choke tonight, I've lost a lot of faith. However, I still won't falter. I still think we can push this to 7 and take the series.

Lakers need to take care of home court on Sunday, which I think they can do. If they find a way to somehow steal game 6, that leaves them with game 7 .. game 7's are always a crapshoot - anything goes

Now who is to say that the Lakers don't have another surprise in store .. they already showed us that we're poor at predicting the future

Let's hang in there.
Don't worry Lakers fan. When we win a title again for however that long may be, this will be forgotten. Let's just hope that day will come when Kobe is still a Laker because I want to see Kobe holding up the trophy again. Do remember, Celtics played great, rallying back from a 24 points down. Nothing the Lakers can do to stop that. The ball just happens to bounce their way...I'm going to call my gf and go watch the HULK 2 and forget about this. PEACE yo.

No one, at least no one in the right mind, thought we'd be here. Hell, a lot of people were saying we'd be ousted by the Spurs or the Jazz. So, we've been proving our doubters wrong all season, why not keep up the trend? Hell, it's only three games, which, in the scope of things, isn't really a lot. How many times this year did we win three in a row? Why not do it one more time.
I remember being in this position four years ago, and I didn't nearly have as much confidence then. We have a shot at this I think.
