I already have a 360..but I have a feeling that the PS3 is just going to get better. Not much mention I want to play games like WarHawk, Resistance, MGS4. Money doesn't grow on trees, and it's going to be pretty stupid having both systems around. Thoughts?
Im not a hip guy, so I dont know if you meant stupid as in good or stupid as in bad, but Ive always been a sony guy since the 1st ps came out and I would get one if I could....
I too have been debating whether or not to get a PS3. I've saved up the money, but would like someone else's opinion as to if I should get it. (Unlike Joker, I don't have a 360, though)

Honestly, use eBay as an option. Put your stuff up there, but first read some information on how to sell your product. It isn't easy selling stuff on there. They have all sorts of great information to help you out though, just have some patience. Selling this big of a product isn't a small thing. While you have your product up on eBay, put up listings across your neighborhood advertising your stuff. Use a cell phone number as your contact on the listings if you can. Then, try the option of a garage sale. If you happen to sell your product outside of eBay, you can always close your auction. Be aware if you don't know this yet though that eBay takes percentages of your sale and charges you to put up more then one photo. There are also other charges, but you'd make great money anyway.
I think ghoti use to work at Gamestop or and I believe he said "it's the most unethical company ever" or something. I'm not sure how or why I know this though.
Just looking at ebay, a 360 + 2 games is going for $200 - $250 (US), but not all seem to be selling. With GTA IV and NBA 2K8 you should be OK if you have a good listing as they're two good games. I would thoroughly recommend a PS3 - they're great, though three of my friends who have (I think) 80 gig PS3s have all had them break and received replacements. I got a 60 gig at launch and have never had a problem. Regardless, they should be fine so I wouldn't worry. Also, with Blu-ray winning the HD format war, the PS3 is looking like a good option.
I'm likely going to get a PS3 by years end. I just got a new job which pays $11.90 an hour and I'll likely be pulling 60 hour weeks at the end of July for a couple weeks, which means TONS of OT for me, which means $1200 or so paychecks, which means a lot of money that I can waste.
