Surprised teams don't praise certain prospects in hopes of influencing teams above them to draft them, which would potentially cause someone to slip down to them.

If I were the Nets I would be praising players like Gallinari and Randolph in hopes the Knicks take him and someone like Westbrook or Gordon fall.

All the teams seem to be pretty bland and neutral in their comments.

Its like Texas Hold em. You can play it any way you want and they can read that any way they want. It really doesnt matter

I'm not a huge Gordon fan, just throwing it out as an example of a highly rated guy they may want to see drop. Westbrook I would definitely pick.

Is anyone on the Gordon bandwagon? Is there even a Gordon bandwagon?

How many people does it take for it to be called a bandwagon? I would be a very happy man to see EG rockin' a Nets uni.

IMO, eric gordon will never play for the Nets. However, if he falls somehow, I could envision the Nets selecting him and subsequently trading his rights.
