Ok Robin could be of some value in the league, but it sounds like this role would be that of Jason Collins. Now don't get me wrong, I appreciated the role that JC had on this team and I acknowledged his impact, but I'd rather grab a 6'10 SF since we could hold on to our current bigs (and/or take a good one with 21!). I'd rather grab someone to replace Boki</div> Randolph and Greene wont be ready for two years.

I know the Nets want to be competitive now, but I don't mind taking a better player on a young team. Honestly, part of me considers any time spent between the Kidd trade and Brooklyn an excuse to do whatever in anticipation for the New Nets. Cap space, young guys, trades, whatever Thronikipedia wants to cook up, I'll let them play through bad seasons if we're putting ourselves in a position to be better down the line.
