Crazy stuff. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/draft2008/co...ockDraft-080623 Russell Westbrook to the Sonics at 4!!!! Knicks select Gallinari. Bayless falls to 6 to the Clippers. Love to Charlotte. The Nets get Brooklyn Lopez and J.J Hickson with both their draft picks.
OMG Chalmers at 12?!? Kansas Players Chalmers - 12 Rush -15 Arthur - 18 Darnell Jackson - 59 Kaun - 60
I think we'd try to swap picks with Milwaukee somehow if Love is available there. Alexander would probably be available at 10 anyway.
I truly have no idea, but... Damjun Raduz of Crotia at #40!!!! He worked out the other day...here's what Polinsky said about him: "He shot the ball well, competed hard against a tough match in Joe Alexander. For a guy that we didn’t see a ton, he did some nice things and showed he can shoot the basketball.” 6-10 small forward...sounds like we at NetsDaily will be spending a lot of time next year on Crobasket.com

"Even stronger are rumors that the Grizzlies are talking to a number of teams, including the Knicks, Blazers and Suns, about deals that would send the No. 5 pick to whomever is willing to take Brian Cardinal's awful contract (2 years, $13 million left). The latest buzz has the Knicks talking to Memphis about a deal that would send David Lee and the expiring contract of Malik Rose to Memphis for No. 5 and Cardinal." "The Blazers have had talks with the Nets about Richard Jefferson, the Suns about Leandro Barbosa and the Grizzlies about a deal that would send the No. 13 pick and the expiring contract of Raef LaFrentz to Memphis for No. 5, Brian Cardinal and Jason Collins." some interesting notes, didn't we want #5? I think 10, kvh, and ager would be a better deal for 5 and cardinal than any of those. and apparently, we are talking to portland about rj, or at least were at some point.
Even though I think Brooks has the potential to be a bust, I think Thorn would do this if he is available. If he turns out to be what he should be, He gives us what we dont have. He has great low post offensive moves. He can shoot the Mid range. Put him with boone or S.Will, we have a balanced Front line. If this happens, two questions Thorn and Kiki would have to ask themselves. 1- what do we do with Krstic? Brooks should be a better then krstic. If krstic gets any outside offers, I say S&T. 2- Do we still trade RJ? or wait until the trade deadline?
Why does everyone keep calling him Brooklyn? I've never seen anything that says his full name is Brooklyn.

Ive heard his name is Brooklyn. BTW feel free to apologize to me for saying the RJ to Portland stuff is "Crap" ..............
If both are healthy 3 would take Krstic over Brook Lopez every time. Brook is nowhere near as good a shooter or passer.

if we get brook at #10... and thats the best on the board... just freakin trade the pick :/ not worth it...
