Chris Bosh has been named to the US Olympic Team that will compete in Beijing later this summer.

    Here is the full roster:

Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Ason Ki
Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, Michael Redd
LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Tayshaun Prince
    Carlos Boozer, Chris Bosh
    Dwight Howard

Expect to see small forwards playing power forward and the power forwards playing centre.

Kidd is going to be piiiiised. ( I mean the poster, obviously. If Jason Kidd, Jason Kidd's family, Kidd's butler, or anyone in anyway in contact with Kidd [even if it is like the way Josh_Boone is in contact with Boone] is reading this, tell him speeds is kidding. We think you're the tits!)

I knew Paul was going to be on the roster of course, but it is nice to see it confirmed.

Gotta admit, I hope Wade eats bench (this is somewhat of a joke combined with my bias against him; don't freak the hell out people). [IMG] Even Bron was owning the FIBA three point line last year, something I can't see Wade doing.

As far as last year is concerned, Redd seemed pretty solid for us with that shortened three point line. He totally kicked the shit out of Miller from that range.

Nice to see Bosh fill in for the other PFs who couldn't make it.

From everything I have read, it looks like he is going to be the sixth man for this team during the summer. Considering he is coming off surgery and the fact that Coach K has one goal in mind - Gold I don't think there will be any hard feelings from any of those players if the end up sitting the bench.

If teams are going to play the zone against us for most of the tournament, I wouldn't be suprised to see Michael Redd get some more minutes. If they are going to play Zone, I think Wade becomes less effective because of his inability to shoot the ball that well. That being said he can explode and get to the rim almost at will. We will have to see what Coach K will do...
