"The Milwaukee Bucks have agreed in principle to trade Yi Jianlian to the New Jersey Nets for Richard Jefferson, a highly placed league source told SI.com. Other players and considerations will be included to make the package work financially." Wonder whatelse is involved other then simmons

The Joe Alexander/Chinese/MArketing/assimilation of Yi/NBA-happy internationalizing/we might finally get some calls/adds to the fan base, especially in the NY metro area - theory would seem to fit, big time. So, maybe it is Joe Alexander. hmmmmm

The Nets could be a completely different team before the day is over. I think there are more trades coming. This is encouraging because the old team wasn't very good.

I don't know who runs netsdaily (NI?) but this would be worth putting on there for fans who don't visit these forums.
wow, imagine we get their pick as well... 8 + 10 pick for the 2nd pick!? Riley's possibly looking to trade it..

The Nets are in a great position with all of their assets and getting RJ off the books was the first domino.

He's 20 and he's a legit prospect. He was a lottery pick and would be this year as well. Having a year in the league is also a plus. He also played pretty well for his age and experience level. He wasn't disappointing at all. </div> Not to mention he didn't really wanna be in Milwaukee. Chances are he'll be happy coming to NJ, right near NY
There has to be more to this. There has to be draft implications. Why else do this in the 11th hour pre-draft. I'm freakin....and excited. Couldn't get RJ outta here fast enough.
