I made a quick Richard Jefferson Nets tribute and I thought it deserved its own thread.

That's painful to watch.

Difference between him and KMart and even Kidd... was that he actually wanted to be here. I might be old fashioned but I always liked the idea of players finishing out their careers on one team. I was hoping that would happen with him. I know I'll miss him being a Net

I agree, IMO the guy bled the franchise. We never had alot going for us with the fanbase, arena and whatnot and in his eyes this was the city he could see himself retiring in.

 

Great vid, man music matched well too. Actually made me sadder than I thought... I wish him the very best and will definitely keep my tabs on him.

 

Man this mix made sad... RJ WILL BE MISSED! A true Nets forever in my books as well.

Well that was sad. I'm going to miss him a lot.

 

Good times with him but he had to go.

Also, classic RJ not returning any calls from the Nets FO or even making a statement to his new team.

Yea, that was actually a lot more depressing than I thought it would be. Good times.

I don't think your a true nets fan if your not sad to see this guy leave he was a warrior and the nets are going to miss him much but it was time to rebuild i wished it was carter instead of him though
