he wont get much money..but he will sign.. just sign a one-year contract like CARL LANDRY in houston...his new contract might earn more than kevin durant's second year rookie contract...why? seize the first opportunity that comes along...
i think he should get a 2 year contract, he was a steal at 40 and could demand more $$ if he has a break out year on a 1 year contract.

The Nets routinely give second round picks guaranteed money in the first year and a team option for the second...Hassan's came in handy. CDR may want: --more money (which he aint getting) --a player option (which I doubt he is getting) --a guaranteed second year (cant see that happening) Second rounders have a lot of lattitude. But I doubt the Nets will relent. The only possibility might be a small guarantee in the second year.
