http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3473845 Interestingly enough, he signed a two year deal...which bodes well for the Nets.
If by "bodes well" you mean "increases our chances at Lebron..." isn't that inconsequential if it's a two year deal? If by "bodes well" you mean "I don't like Duhon," that's fair, although I've always liked him.
http://sportstwo.com/NBA/Story/NBA/2565479 Knicks to sign G Duhon Friday, July 4, 2008 03:13 PM CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (Ticker) -- The New York Knicks are expected to sign point guard Chris Duhon, the Sporting News reported on its website Friday. According to the report. Duhon will sign a two-year contract at the full mid-level exception. The value of the exception will be announced Wednesday when contracts can officially be signed, but it's expected to be about $5.8 million, making the deal worth around $12 million. "I am just excited. I am ready to get to work for the Knicks," Duhon told the Sporting News. "It's a big stage playing in New York. It's something every player in the NBA wants." The signing would mark the first significant move for new Knicks president Donnie Walsh and coach Mike D'Antoni. It also would seem to signal the end of the Stephon Marbury's disastrous tenure with his hometown team. A 2004 second-round pick of the Chicago Bulls, Duhon is known more for his defense and his ability to take care of the ball. He has career averages of 6.9 points and 4.5 assists and also has shot just under 36 percent from 3-point range.
so chris duhon is the best the knicks could get for the MLE? i though isiah isn't running the knicks anymore?
Duhon aint bad. Hes a good backup and maybe an average starter. He can shoot the three and defend. And something the Knicks need a pass first player that doesn't mind not having the ball. I don't think he's gonna hurt us so good job Knicks.

I was hoping he'd sign with the Magic or the Nuggets. I am quite disappointed. I'm sorta hoping he fails now.
