I guess they could sign him straight up, but wouldnt they rather get him via trade and still throw everything at Josh Smith?

    Ill take Thadeus Young...... [IMG]

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>"I think Nenad would fit the Sixers really well," said Marc Cornstein, Krsitc's agent, adding that he believed Krstic would be a nice complement to Sixers' center Samuel Dalembert, another of his clients. "But once you get by the first 24 to 48 hours of free agency, which happens in a frenzy, things begin to move at a more normal pace. That's what's happening now, especially with restricted free agents."</div>

I actually like Rodney Carney, fits 2010 needs, and gives us some more depth at SF.

kristic and his agent are just doing the free agent shuffle. How is Kristic doing in the international games anyway. Is there any signs of him returning to his old form? And, doesn't the nets have the ability to match any offers? If so its no big deal. Rod thorn just needs more time to evaluate the new talent he has to make the right decision here.

good point, he could just be trying to stick it to the nets since they are in the same division. And he would know if Krstic is able to come back to his old form.

I don't know why you'd want Rodney Carney, he's trash.

He doesnt play in the international games til the end of the month when he plays first in Moscow, then in Nanjing, against Yi.

I'd think that the Sixers would wait until Elton Brand signs a contract to become interested in Nads.

That can't happen unless they stay under the cap. And then they might as well just sign him outright, because I doubt the Nets would match a decent sized amount.

I just hope if we trade him he just doesnt go back to old form and score 15-30 points a game. I would just want Carney and a pick. But if you make this trade you don't have any signs that he's back to normal you just have to take a chance.

If we could somehow get Thad back for him, we have to do it. Thad is gonna be awesome.

Philly will probably just sign him in case they can't get Smith or Brand. So I think they would just sign him outright if they want him at all.

I like Lou Williams and T Young from the Sixers... hopefully we get one of them if we S&T Curly.
