The threat followed quickly on from the announcement that Condoleezza Rice signed a formal agreement with the Czech Republic to host the radar for the controversial project. What I am curious about is what exactly Russia means by military means? They already have enough ballistic missle to blow the world up a few times over. There is no way they are going to invade a soverign state in a response to this type of agreement. A troop buildup at the border is possible but I am a little dumbfounded honestly.
