    Since we aren't in the period where teams can actually sign players, can Davis change his mind and return to Golden State? This is probably a really dumb question...

    No. They can't afford him now that they made a deal with Corey Maggette.

    I was thinking the same thing Tim, why not go back there now that Maggette will be there, and then you have S. Jackson and Harrington.

    We'll find out what happens I guess in the next 24 hrs.

    Yes. Baron Davis could change his mind and return to the Warriors....Nothing is signed for any of these guys, and all hell may break loose tomorrow if one guy reneges....

    Why cant they afford him? Nothing has actually happened....they dont have to sign Maggette....they could pull the offer and make one to anyone else at this point....
