From what I've heard, he has the potential to be a good role player. Not nearly has good as his brother. But then again, you never know.
Its funny because I have many friends who played with him in Memphis at the Germantown Centre and they claimed that their were other people who weren't even pro material that were owning him in the post. They said he is slow and uncordinated but that is when he was still in HS, maybe being overseas helped his game, but im not a scout so I dont fully know. I honestly think Gasol can either be a slightly less better version of his bro or Nate Huffman, thats about it
