As soon as you use them as a source you lose any argument 2) You don't understand how to calculate a TE. There is no 125% calculation involved. It is cap number plus $100,000 http://members.cox.net/lmcoon/salarycap.htm#69 3) Camby's contract has a base amount and bonuses. The past two seasons he hit so many of the bonuses, that his cap number has to include the bonuses. Hoopshype has never bothered updating their information (they only had base salary from when the contract was signed) to include this fact about the bonuses.</div> Why do you say that? I use them all the time. Sometimes they don't have new contracts up yet, (a lot of the time that's because the details haven't been released), but I find them pretty reliable. </div> Missing numbers (see the rest of Devin Harris' contract or the complete absence of KVH on the Nets page), lack of cap holds and incorrect numbers (see Camby as an example) They are crap </div> I wish SI would've kept up with their salary info. I think that was the best when it came out.
Thorn/Kiki what were you thinking? Camby isn't worth that much. I wouldn't even trade Boone for him straight up.

This trade has been BUSTED <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Thorn, who virtually never comments on trades or trade rumors, did however shoot down a report that the Nets offered Josh Boone Josh Boone , Marcus Williams Marcus Williams and Krstic to the Nuggets for Marcus Camby before the former defensive player of the year landed with the Clippers for basically a Happy Meal. “Not true,” Thorn said emphatically.</div> Kerber
