I was surprised to see that some of my "Top 25 Most Played" list on itunes contained a good amount of non-hip hop stuff. What's your top 10 look like? 1. Binary Star - I know why the caged bird sings (280 plays) 2. One Be Lo - Alphabet Soup (184) 3. Nicolay - Let it shine for me (160) 4. Nas - Ether (9th Wonder remix) (146) 5. J Dilla - Ghetto Love (140) 6. Blur - Oily Water (125) 7. Blur - Miss America (109) 8. Cannibal Ox - The F Word (99) 9. J Dilla - Trashy (98) 10. Shortie No Mas - Back in '92 (98)
1-Killswitch Engage - This Fire 2-As I Lay Dying - Wrath Upon Ourselves 3-Sevendust - Enemy 4-The Bled - Last American Cowboy 5-Demon Hunter - Annihilate The Corrupt 6-Ill Nino - Alibi Of The Tyrants 7-Ill Nino - Finger Painting [With The Enemy] 8-As I Lay Dying - This Is Who We Are 9-As I Lay Dying - Nothing Left 10-Dillinger Escape Plan - Milk Lizard
I've actually never heard any of those 20 songs. I'll start checking them out if they're good enough to be listened too that much. I listen to music via Windows Media, not iTunes, so I don't have a recording of the music I listen to, but I find that I tend to listen to a lot of RJD2, A Tribe Called Quest, and even Bob Dylan when I'm on the computer.
My top 5 played ATCQ are... Money Maker (44) The Love (29) Pad & Pen (28) The Hop (22) Electric Relaxation (17) These are actually way lower than they should be, I'll skip to the next song once it starts playing out, and it never registers the play count.

Great choice man. Solid all-around list. Dear Prudence is probably my favorite Beatles song... off the White Album at least, haha... there's so many great Beatles songs. Glad to see someone else listening to Frusciante too.
Voodoo, you and I have a VERY similar taste in music. It's almost scary. If you would have put down a list like that, I probably would have had a response relatively similar to yours.

My favorites aren't really the bands I listen to on the computer because I've just heard all their songs so many times that I tend to listen to the most recent added songs on my playlist more than anything. However, just talking all-time favorites and not most played, RHCP, the Beatles, Hendrix, and Zeppelin are definitely some of my all-time fav's. The only one on your list that I wasn't that familiar with was New Slang, which I'm listening to right now and REALLY dig. I think someone actually recommended it to me before, and I really liked it, but I somehow lost the memory of it. I'll have to d/l it before I forget. What do you think about The Doors?
I don't have iTunes, bc I'm not a nerd, but I can check my last.fm. 1 Beanie Sigel – Beanie (Mack Bitch) 2 Masta Ace – Beautiful 3 Talib Kweli & Hi-Tek – Eternalists 4 Lil' Wayne – Walk Out 5 Cash Brown – Last Man Standing 6 2Pac – Hit 'Em Up 7 Murs – A Friend's Blues 8 Souls of Mischief – Cab Fare 9 Lil' Wayne – Go DJ 10 MF DOOM – Saliva
Now to make me look like a total prat: 1. Home - Michael Buble 2. With You - Chris Brown 3. Ain't No Sunshine - Andy Abraham 4. Home - Westlife 5. Let It Be - Journey South 6. Me and Mrs Jones - Michael Buble 7. End of the Road (A Capella) - Boyz II Men 8. Lost - Michael Buble 9. You Raise Me Up - Westlife 10. Me and Mrs Jones - Andy Abraham And I'm 17, lol
I have no clue....my comp is at home. But I can guess its populated with Alice in Chains, Tool, Metallica, Pearl Jam, and Awake, Serenity, and Voodoo from Godsmack.....and probably Dig by Incubus.
1) Oh Lawd - Zion I (292) 2) Soo Tall - Zion I (282) 3) 3030 - Deltron 3030 (274) 4) Thieves in the Night - Black Star (258) 5) Stranger in my Home - Zion I (249) (wtf? that one makes no sense) 6) Respiration - Black Star (232) 7) Memories Live - Reflection Eternal (211) 8) Seasons - CunninLynguists (200) 9) Mastermind - Deltron 3030 (200) 10) Eternalists - Reflection Eternal (195) That's a really crappy indicator of what I listen to the most though. I accidentally deleted about 75% of my tracks a few months ago and I have a feeling my top 10 would consist of at least 7 One Be Lo tracks. He's all I listened to last summer and his play counts would probably be upwards of 500 right now if I hadn't deleted his albums. Right now, they're in the 30-ish play count range as a result. RHCP would be up there too, but I deleted them as well.

Now that's range, haha. Seriously though, I like that list too. I feel like Alice in Chains is one of the most underrated bands of all-time. I've always thought Staley's death was overshadowed by Cobain's death, and because of the icon Cobain became, Nirvana overshadowed AIC as well. If you ask me though, Nirvana can't touch AIC. As for Incubus, "Dig" and maybe two or three other songs are the only parts of their new albums I can tolerate atm, and I even have to listen to those as sort of guilty pleasures. I know a lot of people say they lost it when Dirk Lance left the band, after Morning View, etc., but I still really liked A Crow Left of the Murder. This new album's largely trash though.

My list is extremely skewed because I have a special "sleep" playlist that I play before I go to bed...so it's all slow songs, with a few favorites thrown in there. Top 3: Cartel - The Ransom (256) Dierks Bentley - Settle for a Slowdown (183) Brand New - Jude Law and a Semester Abroad (170)
