on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the lowest nd 10 being the highest) the nets will play in Barclays Center.

I think there's just as good a chance if not better that it would be Seattle, not Newark.

Be careful what you wish for.

The only way the Nets are playing in Newark is of Ratner sells the team to the Devils. That will never happen nor should it happen.

    The scale: 8

    I'd say a 7 or an 8.

Seattle has to (at least) start building a new arena.

If it does come down to a bidding war, then it probably will include someone from Seattle, someone from Kansas City, maybe Wang from the Islanders, and the Booker/Vanderbeek coalition.

Jon Corzine tried to buy the team with Kushner (who later went to prison), five years ago. Right now his approval rating is in the high twenties, low thirties, and it probably won't get any better considering his ex-girlfriend/union leader is under federal investigation.

There is an outside shot he won't be re-elected next year (unlikely) or take a potental cabinet position with Obama. If he doesn't serve a second term, maybe he would want to throw his money into the Nets. His investnebt alone could propel that coalition to the top of the bidding list.
