After being suspended from the team Sean stayed to graduate, and If I remember correctly his SAT's were in the high 1200's (on the old 1600 scale).

I also think we should give the benefit of the doubt before we say how easy it is to pick up NBA-caliber schemes at an NBA-pace, Netted.

I hope they trade Vince because this team is gonna be SH!T!!! He'll have to relive his raptor days trying to carry a terrible team and the media will destroy him for not being able to get them a championship.

I don't know why they would want to trade him away. I think that his level of skill and potential is even greater than Yi, and if we will be rebuilding you have to keep a guy like Sean. Who cares if he isn't the smartest guy in the locker room, who cares if he is not as mature as you would expect him to be. At least he doesn't have a negative effect in the locker room, he still respects his team and teammates. He hasn't done anything really immature outside of the locker room. I don't ever remember him doing something stupid on the court (speaking about characteristics). He hasn't said something that was inappropriate to the media, so I don't get where all the negative attacks come from. For God's sake the guy just finished his rookie year, give him a couple more and I will guarantee he will be a significant starter somewhere in the league.

But if the Nets can get something that is really worth the potential value of Swat, then I guess I wouldn't be mad at them to do such a thing.</div>
Are u kiddin' me? Tyson is very good rebounder, sean's NOT. Tyson's a aite defender, sean's NOT. Tyson's a good offensive player around the basket, sean's not. Sean's a good shot blocker, that's it.
    </div>

As you can see I said that Sean CAN be like Tyson, I know that he is not at that level yet. I am saying that Sean has potential, and on a team that is rebuilding, I would not understand why they would trade away someone with as much potential as Sean Williams

I'm not saying that is true. I'm just saying that if they do trade him that is probably the reason.

What other reason would there be? They're not idiots. They've been longing for talented athletic bigs and they seem to be pretty patient people looking at how long they give most players.

Now that is something completely new for this front office. However, I wouldn't get use to it. With Kiki being new, this is a one time thing as he is even more protective of his decisions than Rod or Ed are of theirs.

Zeke offered Kiki Penny's huge expiring contract and first round pick to the Nuggets for Kenyon and he said no.</div>

Nj will be making a mistake getting rid of sean, someone said it perviously look at mostnof the post plays run in summer league, they were going straight to Lopez. I don't know if you guys remeber last seasons games against boston, Sean's D against Garnett was solid, forcing Garnett to be frustrated many at times, he was a rook frustrating K.G!!!! With that said, we need to get a real Big man coach not only for sean but also for the rest of our young Bigs.

Why trade sean when we don't know how good or what shape Boone is going to be come training camp.

Although he may be one of our last realistic valuable trade chips, I think and hope SWAT stays.
I believe so, because Kiki LOVES CAMBY. I think there us enough Junior Camby in SWAT, that Kiki will smell the likeness and hold onto him and have Camby as a guidepost to teach him and point in him in the direction or 'style' he needs to grow into.

Come on, Jason Collins! Trade Swift for him, and have him be a player/assistant.

How about to check the stats for <u>all 4 quarters</u> instead of one and not embarrass yourself?

The issue I have with is idea of trading Sean Williams comes back to the Korver situation.

We had this guy and traded him to 76ers for money issues. A few years latter we needed a f'en shooter. I think if we trade Sean we are going to regret it. The guy has the potential to be good. IMO He will be better the Boone.

but the Nets wouldn't have drafted Korver; they just took him because the Sixers asked them to.
