no rest for you guys, it's fight, fight, fight!!

WEC35 is coming up this Sunday so start researching!!

As always here's a link to the rules etc, http://sportstwo.com/forums/MMA-Pickem-lea...as-t116833.html
Please follow the format that the example has for making your picks.
    Lock - Fighter - Method - round
    11 - B.J. Penn - Sub - Rd2
    10 - Lyoto Machida - Dec
    8 - Wanderlei Silva - KO - Rd3

New comers are always welcome to join the league and make some predictions.

DON'T FORGET: 3 fights are for titles, so they are 5 round match ups.
    Score your locks 1-10.

I wasn't going to put the full undercard on, but it's a chance for those who missed an event to make up some points [IMG]

I have no idea who any of the first 3 fighters are, but that's what resources are for.. go to sherdog and use their fight finder [IMG]

One thing I do know.. the fights will be good, they almost always are in the WEC.

ugh another change. LC Davis vs Takaya is scrapped. Takaya turned the replacement fighter down.
Make sure to adjust your picks and locks [IMG]

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>LC DavisFormer IFL fighter L.C. Davis (10-1), a Midwest-based featherweight prospect who verbally agreed to replace an injured Cub Swanson (12-2) at this coming Sunday's WEC event, will not compete on the card, after all.

A source close to the fighter tells MMAjunkie.com (MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) that Hiroyuki Takaya (9-5-1), Swanson's original opponent, turned down the fight with Davis.

The bout has since been scratched from the official WEC 35 fight card on WEC.TV.

As we previously reported, Davis, a Team Miletich fighter, agreed to the fight after Swanson broke his hand during a recent training session. However, a source close to Davis' management says Takaya turned down the fight with the late replacement.

Davis, 28, turned pro in 2006 and cut his teeth in the Midwest-based Titan Fighting Championships promotion. After hooking up with Pat Miletich's Iowa-based fight team and putting together an undefeated record, the former college wrestling coach joined the IFL. The decorated amateur wrestler went 3-1 with the organization. His only loss was to Wagnney Fabiano in the finals of the IFL's 2007 featherweight grand prix.

Davis is expected to debut with the WEC later this year.

Takaya, a K-1 HERO'S and Shooto veteran who joined the WEC earlier this year, suffered a 91-second TKO to Leonard Garcia in that debut. It was his third loss in his past five fights.</div>

Woo, gotta love those Bantamweight's, and just lower weight classes period. Those guy's are completely awesome, fight at such a fast pace. Brian Bowles hooked in an awesome submission, I'm sure that will be submission of the night.

Jamie Varner showed some stuff, specifically an ability to be able to get up immediately after getting taken down and some awesome striking. As Mir said it, Varner was walloping him there. Marcus Hick's showed he can't keep a guy down and mainly relies on his guillotine choke's.

Brock just destroyed ole boy, that was damn cool how quickly he ended that.

3-0 so far, doing pretty good. Unfortunately, I haven't picked the method of victory, or round correctly in any of the three so far. That sucks so much ass.
