I'm moving to the us now what would be better for me to buy? An xbox 360 or a ps3?

I have another question i want to buy a mo ped(gas scooter) but I don't know if people still ride on mo peds or not?
If yes than from what age can you ride on a mo ped?

    Thanks..

Get a ps3. Better technology, free online, blu-ray.

get a PC but a good one for gaming is really expensive. I got a custom one and i can run Crysis on Medium, Just. and that PC cost me (and my Mum and Dad:D) just under £800 ($1600) all in all.

But i have a 360 and my Brother has a PS3 and i prefer my 360 and my brother prefers his Ps3. It's all about what your friends have. All my Friends that have consoles have 360's so thats why i got one [IMG]

Get a PC. Otherwise, and a 360. Better game selection.

PS3. I went with it a couple weeks back and have enjoyed it to no end. Don't bother with the lack of good games argument as the good ones on the PS3 right now (MGS, GTA, Resistance, Motorstorm) will keep me busy until Christmas. LittleBigPlanet, Resistance 2 and Motorstorm 2 will be out by then too.

    360 - 33% failure rate. PS3 - 0.2% failure rate.

    You decide.

Go for a PS3. Take it from a guy who owned a 360 and sold it about 2 months ago for a PS3. No longer do I have that fear of my system breaking down due to RROD.

get the ps3. 360's have the RROD problem and although they have better online features, it costs money. PS3 has free online gaming.

Not to mention people always say PS3's game selection sucks, but they have enough games to keep you busy (not to mention all the same sports games for us sports junkies) so it's not that big of an argument as XBOX fanboys make you believe

I would recommend a PS3, but it really depends what you're friends have got. If no-one has a PS3, you can't play them on it. You can still play randomers online, but nothing comes close to opening up a can of woop ass on your mates online.

btw - might this be kobimel's brother, I know it's to do with his name and the two usernames end in mel. Kobi is definitely moving to the USA soon, so it could be his bro.

    PS3 is a quality item.

360 is a piece of junk.

If you can find an original 60 gig model, it is a bit better made than the new models and it plays all PS2 games.

Don't ride on mo-peds (you're talking about Vespas and the like right?).

When you're 14, just ride a bike and wait till you get your driver's license.

i have both and i love both... but if u had to pick one... id pick ps3... better processor and free blu ray... and blu ray WON the war of movies vs HD-dvd... also its free online... the psn is free unlike xbox live...

and xbox is like 30% failure rate... and ps3 is like 2.8% ...

so ps3 is the choice... but get both when u can... worth it...

Yeh the Xbox Failure rate is quite bad. Eventually every Xbox will mess up but this new Falcon chip or whatever will apparently reduce the Failure rate to about 5%.

Depends 360 has better games, Gears, Bioshock, Halo, Forza, PGR(I hate Halo but some people seem to like it), cheaper, whatecer you do, don't get a Wii. Anyway where abouts are u going?
Another suggestion, PSP or that portable Xbox thing when it comes out, games are cheaper, some pretty sweet exclusives, play it anywhere, buy games for it anywhere (you know cos of the ntsc and pal thing). AND you can play your favourite games on holiday. I had to go for 3 weeks without Pes and FM2, had to play my PSP whilst lounging around the house doing jackall, went to NM, but it kicked ass
