Yeah, some customers are too demanding. That's true and I don't know the details here because they haven't really been given so I'll keep my comments general, but the biggest problem in retail these days are lazy idiots who don't know how to give an honest days work for an honest days pay. Without customers, those idiots don't have a job, but there is no such thing as customer service these days. Rude behavior toward customers may seem cute when you don't know the other person, but wait until some teenage piece of crap is treating your mom or another loved one or friend badly because they think they're cute. The notion that a person should make money for being a waste of space is ruining this country.
there's a lot of things ruining america - but to pin it on customer service is a bit of a stretch. but i agree that sometimes it seems like pride in a days work has gone out the window.

I was addressing the general tone of the thread, not your specific incident.

Anyway, yea I work at a grocery store, and sometimes if they piss me off, I tell them I don't work there. Even though I have a green shirt on, I say "Sorry, I don't work here."
Well I'll be able to take my vacation days even after I leave, so I'm gonna milk some extra money out of those fools muahahahaha
