<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Samir Nasri made his Arsenal debut as Arsene Wenger's side came from behind to secure a 3-1 win over Stuttgart.

All the goals arrived in the second half and came from the in-form trio of Carlos Vela, Nicklas Bendtner and Jack Wilshere after Yildiray Basturk had put Stuttgart ahead.

In addition to new signing Nasri pulling on a Gunners shirt for the first time, Emmanuel Adebayor made his first pre-season appearance, while former Arsenal keeper Jens Lehmann was in goal for Stuttgart.

Lehmann easily collected an attempted chip from Robin van Persie in the 11th minute, before current Arsenal No.1 Manuel Almunia made a smart save at the near post from Romania striker Ciprian Marica and Nasri fired a 25-yard effort over following a quick counter-attack.

    Brilliant reactions
Veteran Lehmann showed brilliant reactions to deny Theo Walcott from point-blank range after he was set up by Van Persie before Bendtner and Vela were introduced at half-time.

However, the Gunners were behind six minutes after the restart when Basturk drilled in a low strike from the edge of the box.

Arsenal were quickly level, though, when Vela, who hit a hat-trick against a Burgenland XI on Monday, finished emphatically from Bendtner's pass.

Bendtner had scored four goals 48 hours earlier and chipped in with another pre-season goal when he poked the ball past Lehmann from Vela's pass on 65 minutes.

Wilshere, who had replaced Nasri on the hour mark, completed the scoring late on with his third goal in two appearances courtesy of a crisp shot.</div>

Wow Vela and Bendtner forming quite a partnership. 9 goals between them in 2 games and lots of assists between them as well.

Why not RVP and Adebayor? Adebayor is pretty damn good in the air.

Yeah, that is the 1st team. I was just thinking of the front two with Vela in mind. We have hard selection choices now.

I'm still not sure what is going to happen with Rosicky. Perhaps he will change spots with Nasri, because I think Walcott will be deployed on the right wing, with the Arsenal R/L backs pushed up (Sagna/Clichy) and Diaby playing the left wing. We'll just have to wait...

Adebuywhore- Is great in the Air, not a great finisher.
RvP-Our most balanced striker in the squad, mainly due to his time with the club, our most experienced in the position.
Bendty-Great in the air, sometimes looks lazy but looks like he will improve.
Vela-Great finisher and great for setting up goals, this kid in not selfish, which could prove to be a key to pair any of our strikers.
Wacott-Looks good, but he seriously needs to step it up cause he still has not convinced me, jack wilshire looks to be more deserving of a place in the squad.

    Hey Golancer welcome to S2.

Neithe can i i think If Wilshere gets a chance and at the age he's at he could be a mega-star. Same with Vela. He and Bendtner have been working together amazingly this Pre-season.
