Teams don't want a player who was all potential and hype for his athleticism but lacked basketball IQ. I'm not sure which player I'm talking about, either.

It's possible to find late round picks that become impact players (Josh Smith). The Nets should hold on to him. -Petey
One more thing I would like to add. We wont see Sean Williams offensive potential unless Frank gives him opportunities in the paint. Frank would have to call some plays for him which I doubt happens. So we will never know how good he is offensively. Pick and rolls dont count because that depends on what the defense gives him. So this guy will always get a bad rap.

Lets not even go to Frank's coaching decisions. Remember this is the guy that started Allen and Collins. He refused to bench one of them to play Boone until he was feeling the pressure. So he has no clue when it comes to his bigs. That is why they have to always have a Bigs coach. Cartwright jumped ship.

He was dropped to us, he has a lot of potential and stayed out of big trouble, and after one year the experiment's suddenly over? That raises flags to other teams.
