Is anyone surprised by this? I'm not. Maybe this is why he fell so late in the draft. Who knows. I hope this and weed is about as far as the immature stupid stuff goes with Josh. He's a talented player, and I enjoy watching him. But this was just a stupid decision. I mean, who knows what could have happened - what if he crashed, and killed the passenger and/or died? This reminds me of JR Smith. Actually makes me think of how glad I am that the Nets didn't sign him, like half the Nets forum wanted.

He should be smacked around by Cubes. Early on in the offseason, he was on the block, but it seems the Dallas organization decided to give him a chance, and this is how he thanks them. This whole ordeal might blow over and he might not be charged to the highest measure, but wtf is he thinking?
