Derek has the experience of playing with a top player (Kobe) so I'm not that worried about him. Plus Odom can basically play any position if needed except center. lol

You have 3 guys that love to jack up 3's with a low post center and a do it all PG. Your wings will run with CP3, so you addressed the concern of pairing Kaman with him. Defensively, you are going to have trouble, but with Harrington, LK and Richardson, you can switch everything to at least keep a body in front of people. Off your bench, Williams gives you a nice scoring punch while Tyrus is a risk. At least paired with CP3, Tyrus will be able to score when he is in the game.

If Lamar steps up in the same fashion that he did the last time he played with Dwyane, your team should be great.

Guys I want to know what you think of my new team after I traded for Paul Pierce. Milwaukee Bucks - C: Jeff Foster/ Andray Blatche PF: Amare Stoudemire SF: Gerald Wallace SG: Paul Pierce/ Rashard Mccants PG: Mike Bibby This team is a very solid team all around. Foster provides the perfect compliment to Amare as a guy who is a good defender and rebounder. He'll do the dirty work that Amare doesn't like to do. He allows Amare to play PF making Amare much for effective. Amare- the best offensive big man in the league. No not even Tim Duncan can stop him. Is just an average defender though but maybe on this team instead of the Suns he'll do better Mccants is instant offense off the bench and is learning. Hes a borderline starter and having a guy like that come off the bench is a huge plus. Averaged 15 pts in 26 mins in his third year. Also shot over 40% behind the arc and averaged 2 threes a game last year Bibby is a good leader and knows how to run an offense. I'm not asking him to go back to his 18-8 days. Hes kind of an x- factor, someone who will hit big shots and also average 6-7 assists. Pierce- obliviously great leader, defender and scorer. Knows how to play in big games and in the clutch. Gerald Wallace- Works hard on defense and offense, never takes plays off. Developing into a very solid scorer and one of the league's best defenders. BTW hes only 25. He needs to stay healthy but if he misses a few games, Mccants can come in and play the two and Pierce will shift to SF. Blatche believe it or not is only 21. He just starting to develop last year and is a dangerous shot blocker who is just learning his jumpshot. I was talking with some people from Washington and they said he has the potential to be kind of a late bloomer like Jermaine Onea'l. Won't go that far yet but hes kind of like our version of Sean Williams except hes bigger and stronger. He'll split time with Foster. Hes been on all three of Washington's playoff teams so he has experience there too. Can't wait till we start voting because another team in my division is Denny Crane's Chicago Bulls that is also very solid with Chicago Bulls - Denny Crane C: Samuel Dalembert PF: David Lee SF: Andre Iguodala SG: Ronnie Brewer PG: Gilbert Arenas / Earl Watson His team is competitive to mine but obliviously I think my team is better
Detroit Pistons C: Antonio McDyess PF: Dirk Nowitzki SF: Grant Hill/Matt Harpring SG: Allen Iverson/Larry Hughes PG: Jarrett Jack

Grant Hill and Harping are both playing on their last legs. Larry Hughes doesn't have much left in the tank and McDyess is playing on his last knees and is very undersized to be playing center. You play those guys more than 20 mins a game and your asking for them to get injured. A.I is still a good player and Dirk is a star but after that this team just has so many flaws. It's slow, old and doesn't even have that good defenders. The mixture of veterans and young players is just terrible and your basically asking two guys one A.I whoes 33 and the other whoes 30 to get this team to the playoffs. Lets say by miracle they make it to the playoffs which I don't see happening comparing this team to others but even if they do this team is going to need some serious rebuilding because I see half your team retiring in a year or two

Amare is a lot better than Lee Iggy is better than Wallace but not by that much if you look at stats and they have similar athletic ability. Pierce is a lot better than Brewer even though I have a ton of respect for Brewer Arenas is a lot better than Bibby Dalembert is better than Foster by a solid amount but they are both defensive centers and both good rebounders. Dalembert could give a few more points a game a couple more blocks a game but they both have similar impacts on their teams So... it would be a good matchup but I think I just have too much firepower. Your team has one true scorer and the others all work hard on both ends but are not great scorers ala Detroit Pistons so it'll be a very interesting matchup. I'll leave it that and probably go into greater depth during voting. Please let it happen because last year it didn't happen so I'm a little nervous voting won't happen.
