New Orleans.com Sports, via Das Haus, is reporting that the Hornets will face the Magic this year on Christmas Day. Yes, you read that right. Chris Paul-to-Tyson Chandler and Jameer Nelson-to-Dwight Howard. Good luck not spilling that eggnog, folks. No word yet on the other two games, but you can probably expect the Lakers and Celtics to be involved somehow. Oh, there's a fun question: what would be your ideal NBA Christmas schedule? Six teams, three games. Let's hear your match-ups.</div>
Man this is gay Lakers always play on Christmas. How about giving them a year off to spend more time with family?
I'm against Christmas Day games period. Everyone else gets time off to spend with friends & family, why shouldn't basketball players?
hey do they get like really good ratings on christmas day, the nba that is? i mean lets see some numbers, anybody? if its an overwhelming amount of veiwers tuning into watch the lakers, rather than anything else, then we can assume that the lakers will always play christmas day. but if its pretty equal across the board then the nba should give em a break. but my question really is, lets see some ratings numbers for the seperate games on christmas day (each year in comparison to one another).
