<font color="#0000ff"><font size="7">Michael Beasley </font></font></p> <font size="4">Michael Beasley, one of the top freshmen in the country (arguably #1), is a 6-9 combo forward, who attends Kansas State. A lefty, can play effectively both inside and outside, whether posting up, or stepping behind the arc. As a high school senior, he averaged over 28 ppg and 16 rpg, while attending Notre Dame Prep in Maryland. Many question whether Beasley has a true position, and cite his attitude problems, while just as many advocates of his game rate him as the top player in his class.</font></p> </p> DraftExpress Profile - http://www.draftexpress.com/viewprofile.php?p=605</p> NBADraft.net Profile - http://www.nbadraft.net/admincp/profiles/michaelbeasley.html</p>
The biggest question for Beasley to me is how much will he allow himself to be coached by Frank Martin. Under Huggins, you knew he was going to be pushed and forced to listen.
Special player, my #2 prospect. He seriously has a chance to be special, unlike Durant and Marvin Williams, he has the NBA body to bang down low, and isnt scared to get aggressive. He has a chance, and playing against NBA competition I doubt he'll get bored and disinterested.
