If there are 16 games in a week, you'll get to rank games 1-16 on how confident you are of victory (16 being the highest amount of confidence). If the team you pick wins, you get the confidence points total assigned to that game.
huevon explained it best. If you've ever done Yahoo's college bowl pick 'em, you'll understand them when the season starts. If you've never done the bowl pick 'em, then forget I even mentioned it. I can always change whatever system we use. I just wanted to get most people's preferences before I started the group so I wouldn't have to change it too often. It doesn't really matter to me what we use.
Ottawa Cowboys FTW!!!! p.s. love the confidence setting, I use that for the S2 MMA pick'em league.. if you like fantasy sports.. you should give it a try too
I think my stupid ass did the confidence system backwards last week. EDIT: no, I got it right. I just sucked last week.
Here's the leaderboard so far -- 1. huevonkiller - 175 2. Ottawa Cowboys - 171 3. JCB - 170 4. 44Thrilla - 164 5. mkiv_supra - 161 6. MysteryMan - 159 7. #1_Josh_Boone_Fan - 151 8. JacobyEllsbury - 144 9. GF1 - 83 10. Gingerballs - 0 I'm doing awful so far, I need a good week.
I started a thread trying to figure out how Huevon had a much better score than I did seeing as how his incorrect picks totalled 41 missed points and mine totalled 40. add 41 to 88 you get 129. add 40 to what i got (83 I think) and you get 123... how does that work?
