Marc's gonna be a good player in the league one day, probably a solid starter, but I cannot ever envision him becoming better than Pau, and putting up 20/10 a night. I was kind of sad to see Marc go as well, I thought having the Gasol brothers on one team would be interesting. He definitely has a bright future though, he was the #1 center in Europe and should turn some heads. I'm more so impressed at Mitch's latest draft record, he seems to be doing pretty well when given the picks

Don't worry Kobe. If he ever breaks out in the league Chris Wallace will give him right back to you for free.

Is this supposed to be a way of dissing Pau, or simply praising Marc?

Well Pau is not really a center, and Chris Mihm is supposed to get some minutes this year so it seems like we could use the depth.

Luke Walton or Coby Karl would've worked :(

Stupid Chris Wallace, not letting us rip him off even more

i agree......i think luke walton would have done the trick, i think marc and pau would have been great together because marc is more of a defender and is tougher while pau can score and plays a different game than marc

Kobe was careful to say that they didn't have to give up Marc to get Pau. He's trying to say that he would have liked to have gotten both of them.

Luke Walton going away would save me a headache.
