    Bosh really can't anchor a defense like Dwight can, KG, Shaq, Tim Duncan, Yao, etc.

    I'm thinking Kaman, Tyson Chandler, Bynum, would be more effective guarding Marc Gasol or Pau Gasol, as well as provide a more legitimate threat of changing the shots of swingmen.

    I can understand that because the US team no longer seems unstoppable, they can be beaten and it makes people care more, because they don't want to lose it.

    The first 3 olympic dream teams (although in 2000 they had a very close match against Lithuania) it was kind of assumed that US would win. Who would care about tuning in for that.

    Sidenote:
    Some events have much much greater competition then others. If you have something like the Luge, or Bobsledding, speed walking, high jump, throwing a javelin, or that skiing and shooting a gun, and it's gold medal is worth the same as a huge sport like Soccer or Basketball.

    Anyway who throws a javelin anymore? Should it be replaced with shooting a gun?
