Ok, so a tropical storm(Faye) came right up Florida's peninsula and exited the state with the eye just south of where I live, then goes out over the ocean, and makes a 95 degree turn, all the while, with the bands over the city I live in, and as its re-entering the state, with the eye just north of me, it stalls out and is now stagnent....Ive been in a tropical storm for 2 freaking days and the thing is now completely stopped half over me, half over water, which means, it can't die....it either moves or I get the worlds 1st permacane.....so I ask, with all seriousness, WTF? STATIONARY!!!!
I heard about this on the News Beef, I hope you're ok. Thankfully it is just water for the most part and Fay never attained those hurricane force winds (that kind of power screws around with my windows in a scary fashion).
its been a ton of rain, but sustained 60 mph winds for a while now as well....Im ready to see the sun again
Interesting you should say that....because of the storm, the campuses have been closed, so I havent been able to buy my books....I have assignments due sunday, and theres no way I can get to the books before monday....I expect to get some slack because of the situation, but Im not sure about it, and this isnt how I wanted to start the semester....
I have a regular customer that comes in my Starbucks that looks EXACTLY like your avatar, Beef. Every time he walks up to the register, I start laughing. I feel like such a dick.
