Sorry, I thought this was funny. I don't understand why McCain is making appearances with Daddy Yankee.

They met a month ago and discussed issues relating to the Latino community, so his endorsement isn't exactly coming out of left field.

Oddly enough, Young Jeezy was talking good about McCain and they met at SNL a few months ago. Then people started asking questions and he came out against McCain.

It is pretty obvious why he's doing this.

I agree. Yet he dismisses Obama as a mere celeb?

If McCain can get a picture with 2pac I will vote for him. :D

44Thrilla don't be fooled though, that video you posted at the top has fascinating lyrics.

Looking at them closer, one can decipher the deeper and intrinsic value that Daddy Yankee was trying to express. His pragmatic talk and frustration over a gallon of gas these days shines through the track. Don't knock his endorsement until you hear the man out. [IMG]

Like it or not, there are still some people out there that take these people's opinion seriously.

    LOL I agree.

It reminds of a stand up routine Dave Chappelle did about how he was watching tv the day of 9/11 and MTV News said "We have Ja Rule on the line, he's going to give us his thoughts on 9/11.". Chappelle said he was thinking "I don't give a fuck about Ja Rule right now, I don't want to dance I'm scared to death!" Then he saracastically said "Someone please find Ja Rule quick so we can make sense of all this!"

Oh lol, great allusion man, I loved when he said that part.

By the way just to clarify, I was not being serious at all in my previous post about Daddy Yankee. :[

As 1 article I read pointed out, its a shame 16 year old Latinas can't vote, McCain would win.

Seriously, who gives 2 hoots about What a Puerto Rican Reggaeton performer thinks.

Having seen some of DY's videos, I can honestly say... This is an endorsement and a positive for McCain? ROFL!
