Work your ass off in the gym. Doing different lifts of heavier weight lower reps. Start drinking 2 protein shakes a day (once after your workout, once before bed) and take creatine or weight gainers. If you do either of those though, you have to get in the gym and bust your ass or else you will get a chubby face (from the creatine). Stop drinking soda, drink lots of water. Sunny D isn't good for you either, packed full of sugar. Peanut butter, cottage cheese, spinach, oatmeal are all ab type foods if you want ab definition too Chicken is good for you as a lean meat, but don't fry it. Just boil it in water and eat it with rice or chop it up in salad. Beef is good for you to bulk up.

I ate good, had a lot of chicken and fish and all those protien stuff. The best thing to do if your gaining weight is to eat more calories than you're burning and opposite if you're trying to lose weight.
Weight gain is simple. Eat. 6-8 meals. Take 3 protein shakes daily. You should get at least 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Train consistently. Heavy if possible. 6-8 rep range with just a minute between sets. This just helps keep the metabolism higher. Keep workouts short. 45-Hour max. Rest. Nap is possible in the afternoons. Best 8-10 hours a day. Thats when you actually grow. Keep Hyradrated. I take down a gallon of water a day. Want results??? I went from 125 ibs out of COLLEGE to 215 ibs within two years!
