Also interesting that we didn't cut either of Sam Williams or Robert Thomas even though Ricky Brown is the starter. I guess we're rolling with just Griffith at FB as well unless we sign someone who got cut today. Unfortunately the only notable receiver who was cut was Ashley Lelie. He could fit in well as a deep threat replacement for Drew Carter (plus allow Curry to play some slot) but it seems like he hasn't been able to make it anywhere except Denver. Might as well just go with Watkins/Schillens/Higgins?
Normally when we trim the roster down, it answers some questions about how our roster is going to look. This list makes things as clear as mud for me. 7 linebackers and 1 fullback... wth are we going to convert one to play backup FB? There is no way we are seriously going to run with only 1 FB.
