You just beat me to it :p.

Very interesting; I wonder if the Premier League's "fit and proper persons" test forced Thaksin to sell. This is good news for Shitty as it might give them some extra spending money today and in January to bolster their squad.

Thanks though - That one provides more information.

Yeah, it can't be good for a club to be bought out twice in a year. Must be some money leaking out somewhere.

haha bad news for United. Looks like City's new found wealth might help them steal Berba from under United's Big Noses lol.

Also, i read that the ADUG wants city to finish in the Top four THIS SEASON! maybe not this season but in a couple seasons they will be up there if the Investment Holds strong.

I'm sorry, but City cannot make it into the the top 4 this year - Not even the top 6, in my opinion.

City won't make it very far this season, but with owners like that you can bet they will retool over Winter and more-so over the Summer. This club is going to be rocking soon enough.

It's too soon to tell if City will be good this year or not.

Losing 4-2 to Villa, beating Midtjylland by penalties? There's your answer. :)

You're right though, they haven't really had a test yet.

All Im saying is that if they get some tough wins they can get rolling and finish at a decent spot.

I can see them getting in the top 10, maybe a UEFA spot. People get hyped about lots of transfers, and they end up being disappointed.
