Good List. I know all these players with the exception of Pedro Botelho, IMO Arsenal have the best youth set-up in England. The only clubs in the world that probably beats it is Ajax's. They have an amazing Youth set-up mainly because they aren't as rich as the big clubs in the EPL, Seri A, La Liga Etc so they have to bring their stars up through the ranks.
