ummmm...not that I agree with hitting a lady....but once she strikes you she was the disrespectful one, she´s not a lady anymore. No one should go around smacking people without retaliation. I wouldnt have smacked her back...but I would´ve sued the hell outta the show and cause them to fire her ass...=P Not only could he sue her, but everyone else that jumped him as well...seriously, it doesnt take a whole production crew to jump one 170 lb man...lol
I would never hit a woman, but it's amazing to me how its almost viewed as acceptable for women to hit men by some people. Was that woman the host of the show? If so I would have sued them rather than hitting her on camera or even losing my temper.
It's not that I view it as acceptable, I was talking more about how regardless, a man should never strike a woman. If she hits you, let it reflect on her, not you. Sorry if what I said was misunderstood.

Oh no, I wasn't referring to your post. Just speaking generally. One time when I was in high school I did a free writing assignment about one of my favorite rap songs at the time "Boys in the hood" and how at the end the guy slaps his girl. The teacher yelled at me in front of the class and said it was too violent for a man to be hitting a woman. Then a couple weeks later she wrote and read a story she wrote where a girl throws her sister through a television set. After she read it she nervously looked over at me and said "You probably think I'm a hypocrite don't you?" There are a lot of double standards on violence.

Wow that was pretty weird. It's not right for a guy to hit a woman. I personally would never hit a girl, BUT the girl randomly slapped him because she got mad over something he said. That was uncalled for. I think she kinda deserved it back in a way. Wow, but that was really weird how she randomly slapped him over a show that was being held live.
I doubt in India they take everything to court like they do here. It would even be a silly lawsuit for North American standards. (If he didn't slap her back, then they wouldn't have jumped him. So it would just be a lawsuit against a slap)

I don't know. I think she had it coming, especially with all this women want to be treated equal bs. Don't hit someone and expect not to get hit back. The guy in the pink that steals a few licks kind of grinds my gears. All in all, lol.
