    Messi is not the best in the world, he might be the second best prospect, but definatly not the best.

    Messi is the best at the moment inside the box, once he's there its pretty darn hard stopping him from scoring the goal. (or passing it to the open guy)

    As for the best over all player I would have to say Cristiano Ronaldo. (but then again I'm biased so take it for what its worth)
