Maybe I have a bad version of Firefox. Mines keeps crashing and takes 5x longer than Internet Explorer just to open. Yea, I can't click on my mouse wheel either, a lot of people are having trouble with their scroll wheels, and youtube videos which is kind of ironic because Google owns them. I still like the speed. I am sure all the kinks will get worked out by the next update. Until then, I am too used to it already to switch back to Internet Explorer. I apologize if my first post offended anyone.
IE open in about 1-2 seconds as well for me. So pretty much the same as Firefox. I think Firefox booted up slower than IE though on my older computer. Is your computer an older one? I think FireFox might use more resources than IE, although I think I remember IE crashing more than FireFox on my older computer as well.
Nah, I just built one last Summer. I checked FireFox and it says I need to update. I do kind of miss the bookmarks on the side, but I can get use to Chrome's setup. I just realized my FireFox only takes a little longer on the first time I start it. After that it's about the same as IE.
Apparently, one of the terms and conditions associated with Chrome is that (I'll paraphrase) Google can take information about you (I assume web tendencies, what you visit, content you produce) and use it however they see fit. You own the copyright, but they can use the information however they want.
