I'm practically dead waking up at 6:30AM, and now having to wake up an hour earlier every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday is murder. Some of my classmates told me that class is a bore, as well. I raped myself.
Re: Random Thought Thread That sucks man. My junior and senior year of HS I'd always be insanely burnt out about 2-3 months into the semester and I only woke up at 6:45 every morning. Thats why I made my college schedule have as many late morning class as possible.
Re: Random Thought Thread I wake up on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for an two-day a week Managerial Accounting class and a Saturday Advanced Business Comm class at 5:30, thank god its only a 25-30min drive at the time, and I get first row parking....yay for upper division!
Re: Random Thought Thread I remember when I was in 5th grade, we were doing skits in front of the school about drugs being bad. The Police Officer in charge of the drug education program specifically told us that there was to be "no sagging" in the skits. That was in 1993. Lil Wayne was 11 years old in 1993.

Re: Random Thought Thread Went to the bar to watch the Packs/Vikes game... Had a great night. Drank a Bloody Mary (only because it came with cheese, beef stick, pickle, mushroom, turkey, roast beef.... awesomeness), a Serbian for me and my broke friend, 6-7 Guinesses, 3 MGD (bleh) and my tab was $19. Then I tipped well because they hooked me up.... So I walked away, next thing I know, my friend is dragging me back to the bar because the bartender bought me a shot. Not sure what it was because I was drunk... but all in all, a good night.
Re: Random Thought Thread The worst part is when it gets really cold. I won't be able to take my dad's car on most days, so I'll be walking in that freezing weather. Jeez. Btw, the college class is Introduction to Sociology.

Re: Random Thought Thread Damn I was trying to get into Intro to Sociology this quarter but it was all full. Ended up getting lucky and being drawn as one of 3 people to get the last spots in World Sociology. Sucks ass for the kids who didn't get into either who want to do Sociology LOL.
Re: Random Thought Thread School finally started for me today (got Monday's off). It was nice taking a couple weeks off to unwind, because I was totally burnt out after my summer. I've got 2 classes with the same philosophy professor: this dude who was busted for smoking pot on campus and then fought the university for his right to use it to alleviate a medical condition. He's actually a pretty cool prof and he seems to know a lot about Plato. Gonna take the LSAT in October even though I'm not exactly set on going to go into law. I generally seem to have no idea what I'm doing beyond this school year. Considering its the 4th and final year of my undergrad degree, things should be interesting after April.
